When you apply any form of pesticides this spring, remember to start with freshly laundered clean clothing every day.
It's not safe to wear the same clothing day after day when you're working with pesticides. Even if the clothes don't look dirty, they should be washed as soon as possible after every wearing. Both liquid sprays and granulated pesticides can leave behind residues that you cannot see. You can remove pesticide residues more effectively if you wash clothing every day.
If you're
wondering how to best wash clothing soiled with pesticides,
contact the _______ County Extension office for your copy
of a new Safe Farm publication.
