Recondition Flooded Farm Implements (PSA Radio Script)

(Time: 30)

Farm machinery covered by floodwater may be permanently damaged if it isn't cleaned and reconditioned right away.

You might be tempted to do it yourself, but remember that reconditioning farm machinery is a big job, and that you may need professional help or tools. Before you start, get an estimate from your implement dealer. Your time might be better spent at some other clean-up task.

If you tackle the job of reconditioning flooded farm implements yourself, get more details from your local Extension office.
