AgDARE: Teaching Evaluation
If
evaluation of learning is important to demonstrating your
effectiveness as a teacher, students' progress in meeting
objectives, or portfolio obligations, two surveys that can
be used as pre-and post measures are located under "Evaluation
Tools." The Farm Safety Attitude survey evaluates safety
attitude and safety behaviors. The Stages of Change survey
measures whether the teaching and learning has been effective
in moving the student from thinking about being safer to actually
taking actions to become safer on the farm. Scoring instructions
are located with the surveys.
