Abstract
This issue of the Journal of Agricultural Safety and Health (JASH) means we have completed a full decade of publishing refereed articles pertinent to agricultural safety and health. At the end of our sixth year, I summarized the first five years (Murphy, 2000). As we begin our eleventh year, it seems appropriate to once again reflect on our recent past and to contemplate the future. In 2000 I was writing about an online future for JASH and the possibility of indexing on MEDLINE. We have been successful with both efforts. While the title I have chosen for this review boldly implies a long future, I am confident that by the time you finish this piece you will easily agree with my assessment.
