The Occupational Safety and Health Administration has expanded the Hazard Communication or "Right-To-Know" Standard beyond the manufacturing and chemical industries to cover workers exposed to chemicals at non-manufacturing organizations. This program is designed to instruct workers about the chemicals they work with, what precautions to take to avoid injury, and what to do if accidents should occur. The complete program includes one 17-minute video, a trainer's manual, and 10 participant manuals.
