This video program stresses the five major problems of accidents in the workplace. These are stress, negligence, recklessness, fatigue, and overexertion. Viewers are taught to seek help to deal with personal problems and to seek ways to cooperate and help others avoid accidents. Both staff and supervisors are shown how to look for lack of attention, tenseness, conflict with fellow workers, health problems and to recognize them as potential safety hazards
