The Lethal Strike

"The Lethal Strike" focuses on correct pre-hospitalization management of oil injection injuries, such as those that might be sustained while working with hydraulic systems. These injuries may first appear as minor surface wounds, but they can have severe complications. Responding to injection injuries quickly and appropriately is critical to preventing these complications. Identification and management of these injuries, as well as responsibilities of the victim, supervisor, safety director, medical responder and medical staff, are covered.
