This video describes a model program for caring for families of migrant workers. The program provides child care services, educates parents, facilitates training and services for families and supports career development. The program has a diversified financial base, including support from local agribusinesses. A shared governance structure involves growers, agribusinesses, community leaders and parents. This program demonstrates that when the needs of agricultural workers are met, everyone benefits.
