Colóquese mirando hacia el sitio o dirección que se quiere mover, mantenga el brazo horizontalmente extendido hacia atrás, después mueva el otro brazo completamente extendido en forma semicircular sobre la cabeza, hasta colocarlo al frente en forma horizontal, con la palma de la mano hacia abajo.
