scientific tests with animals and epidemiological studies
with people, agricultural chemicals caused the following
problems:
- Cancer
- Sterility
- Miscarriages and birth defects

Damage to the liver and other organs
- Not
much is known about the long-term effects to farm workers
of being exposed to agricultural chemicals. Some farm workers
believe that they were very seriously injured by chronic
exposure, but more information needs to be collected.
