MUFFLER
___ Like new
___ Some wear and rust
___ Mostly rusted and has holes
___ Straight pipe or no muffler
SLOW-MOVING VEHICLE (SMV) SIGN
___ Bright orange and red colors
___ Dull colors
___ No SMV sign or missing
MASTER SHIELD AROUND POWER TAKE-OFF (PTO) STUB
___ All three sides of shield present
___ Bent shield or in bad working condition
___ No shield or missing
ROLLOVER PROTECTION STRUCTURE (ROPS)
___ Fully enclose cab with approved safety standard label
___ 2 or 4 Post ROPS with approved safety standard label
___ Door or window missing in full cab
___ No ROPS or a homemade ROPS
SEAT BELT
___ Has a seat belt and is used by the operator
___ Has a seat belt but is seldom used by the operator
___ Has a seat belt but broken
___ No ROPS - seat belt should not be used
